Privacy notice

Effective October 6, 2026. This notice describes the book website and reader toolkit signup operated by Augustine Azevedo through The Azevedo Group and BotLocal.ai.

Information you provide

The signup form asks for your first name, email address, and newsletter consent. It also records when you signed up, the consent wording version, and whether you came through the reader bonus page. Do not submit patient or medical information.

How we use it

We use this information to provide access to the reader resources and send Chiro Growth Tips, including educational ideas and occasional service offers. We use our newsletter and hosting providers to process the signup and deliver the website.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe through the link in a newsletter or contact augustine@azevedogroupllc.com. You can also use that address to request access, correction, or deletion of your signup information. We may retain an unsubscribe record so we can honor your preference.

Cookies and technical data

After a successful signup, an essential cookie remembers your download access for seven days. The cookie does not contain your name or email. The hosting provider may process technical logs such as IP address, browser information, and request time for delivery and security. This version of the site does not include advertising pixels or analytics trackers.

Retention and service providers

We keep subscription information while it is needed to provide the newsletter and manage your choices, unless deletion is requested and retention is not otherwise required. Information may be processed by our service providers in the United States or other countries where they operate.

When you follow a purchase link, you leave this website. Amazon handles the purchase and applies its own privacy policies. We do not collect payment details on this website.
